negative people need to just chill out a bit. just because you don’t care about something, doesn’t make it wrong for others to care about it. everyones different and have walked different paths of life. just remember that.
I just made a 10 year plan of my life. I really suggest everyone to do it. I now know where I am heading and what goals I need to accomplish to get there. You can really do anything if you put your mind to it ;)

PART 2: I know that it was extremely unhealthy but i did start to lose weight and lost about 3kgs in 2 weeks. Over the holidays i started to eat full meals again and put on 5kgs i really want to lose all this weight but i don't want to be starving myself. I try and eat healthy and i go to the gym almost everyday but nothing is happening, it was faster when i was eating less. Give me some tips please :)
PART 1: What is a good way to lose weight? Over the last year I have put on almost 20kgs. During the 2010/2011 summer i would starve myself and would hardly eat but i was so happy with my body. After summer finished i started to eat a lot, and got into bad eating habits after school etc. I've now got a heap of stretch marks that I HATE. have you ever had them? before the recent school hoildays i got obsessed with counting caliores and i was eating well under 500 a day and was only eating fruits.
'Eat clean and train mean'. Thats pretty much there is to it. You always have to be patient. It takes a while for the weight to come off, you can even put on weight before you take it all off. This is usually the point people quit at, but you have to keep going. No I haven't had stretch marks. I can't stress this enough, THE MORE YOU STARVE YOURSELF THE MORE WEIGHT YOU WILL PUT ON IN THE LONG RUN, because your body goes into starvation mode. Trust me. Try and eat porridge for breakfast because it keep you full. Then live of as much vegetables as your heart desires. Mix them with meat for protein and to keep you fuller for longer. The more coloured fruit and veges the better. Try and eat 1200 calories of good food every day and spread out your meals so you are constantly burning. :)
I applied one year to work at NZ Fashion week and got the job. I don’t know how or why I got it because lots of my friends didn’t haha. Now my ‘contact’ is sort of in the database so I always get asked. :)
